At Victorious Reentry, our mission is to empower men to successfully reintegrate into society by providing comprehensive reentry services that foster personal, professional, & spiritual growth.
Our reentry program is dedicated to supporting men who are transitioning from military service, recovery, or incarceration back into the community. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, and all donations are tax deductible. We offer a comprehensive approach, including job training, educational support, mentorship, housing assistance, and life skills development. By implementing evidence-based curriculum in tailored programs, we aim to break the cycle of recidivism, addiction, and homelessness by building resilience and ensuring that each participant is equipped to succeed in life outside of prison or military service. With a focus on both personal and professional growth, Victorious Reentry helps men reclaim their independence by overcoming obstacles, training them for success, and creating a lasting positive change.
Red (First 90 Days):
During the initial phase, participants are engaged in a rigorous program that includes three classes per week, ensuring a strong foundation for reentry. The classes — one religious and two skill-building — equip individuals with both personal development and practical skills needed to navigate everyday life, such as work, relationships, and responsibilities. This structured support offers clear expectations and accountability, helping individuals make a successful transition back into society while managing their daily routine (work, home, etc.). In home visits may be approved with immediate family only.
We are a small team of professionals with diverse experience, working together to help ex-offenders and displaced veterans transition back into the free world community and regain their independence while building a strong foundation through education, job skills training & mentoring. Providing these tools will help reduce recidivism and homelessness & increase success!
Director / Facilitator
Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the fields of substance abuse, mental health, and incarcerated populations. She wholeheartedly provided services for 12 years to the Department of Corrections as a Pre-Release social worker and facilitator for the Thinking for a Change program, partnered with (NIC) . Victoria is dedicated to providing vital services such as food, shelter, educational and vocational training, and mentorship. Victoria holds a Master’s in Social Work from Alabama A&M University and is committed to creating a supportive environment that fosters success for individuals in need.
Office Manager
Retired from the State of Alabama (DOC). Janice, spent 14 years at Limestone Correctional Facility as a Central Control Operator. Her passion for helping others extends beyond her professional career, as she is an advocate for serving those in need. Janice enjoys spending time with her family and believes deeply in the principle that we are placed here to help others. Her positive and welcoming spirit is at the heart of our program’s mission to assist individuals as they rebuild their lives after incarceration.
Home Coordinator / Facilitator
U.S. Army veteran and pastor, brings 8 years of experience working with incarcerated individuals through his volunteer work at Limestone Correctional Facility, where he taught weekly classes and provided religious services. John, who holds a Master of Arts in Divinity from Memphis Theological Seminary, focuses on empowering individuals through faith and practical applications of God's word. As the pastor of a local church, he also leads outreach ministry within the community, with a particular focus on supporting veterans and ex-offenders during their reintegration into society.

Help Us Provide Transportation for Veterans, Men in Recovery, and Ex-Offenders
At Victorious Reentry, we are committed to helping men successfully transition back into society by providing housing, mentorship, education, and vocational training. But one of the greatest barriers to success is transportation. Without reliable transportation, our residents risk missing work opportunities, vocational classes, and even mandatory court appearances.
This is why we are raising funds to purchase two cargo vans. These vans will be a lifeline—ensuring that every man in our program can get to work, attend training, keep appointments, and move closer to independence.

A stronger foundation for breaking the cycles of homelessness, addiction, and incarceration
We also gratefully accept in-person drop-off donations, including hygiene items, household essentials, men’s toiletries, food, and monetary contributions.
